A fragrance of contrasts that captures all the senses, just like the work it represents. Black and
white, softness and solidity, closure and opening. A material scent thanks to the rough
aldehyde nuances, the pure softness of musk, surrounded by the black bitter notes of styrax,
reminiscent of the smell of ink.
This reference has been presented in a 300 limited edition pieces during the last show of Pitti
Fragranze. One of the most unexpected perfumes of STEP ABOARD, already part of the
collection dedicated to Chicago, has been customized by hand by the Milanese street artist
Pongo. With his 3d Art signature, the Italian street writer is known for his paintings which are
seen through the funny glasses that are also included in the new packaging. The fragrance will
be available from October 31 and it’s dedicated to the beauty of Marilyn Monroe that the pop
artist Andy Warhol depicted, and that Pongo recreated with his style. Marilyn has been chosen
by the brand not only for her iconic beauty, but also for her fragility, naturality, innocence and
uniqueness. All elements connected to create a complete and true beauty.
The capsule lines are very loved by the founder of the brand, Georgiana, as not only they create
connections, but are an approach to messaging by capturing the beauty in and under the cities
and forward it to the world. A fascinating new portrait of the Pop Art in a spray can.
