This fragrance, filled with contrasts, captures all the senses, just like the work it represents. Black & white, softness and solidity, closure and openness… It is a material fragrance with raw aldehydic hints, and the candid softness of musk surrounded by bitter black notes of styrax that recall the scent of ink.

A fragrance inspired by the work «MONUMENT WITH STANDING BEAST» by Jean Dubuffet opposite the James R. Thompson Center in the Chicago Loop community area. The artist is a proponent of Art Brut, free and spontaneous art, and thus celebrates the aesthetic potential of primitive and childlike languages. This graphic fiberglass sculpture is made up of four shapes that represent an animal, a tree, an architectural form and a portal.
