CHANGING NOTES OF INCENSE APPEAR, LIKE AN INTERPLAY OF MIRRORS.

A luminous, cold, round, reflective structure. Lavender, together with juniper berries, represents its cold luminosity. The discreet presence of tonka bean embodies the sculpture’s soft, rounded shapes. Finally, the changing notes of incense appear, like an interplay of mirrors.

A fragrance inspired by Anish Kapoor’s work «CLOUD GATE», a stainless-steel sculpture in Millennium Park in Chicago. Kapoor states that the work ‘gathers the viewer into itself’. Cloud Gate is a mirror of the self and the other, both private and public, and an inclusive work that invites the public to take part.
